Upcoming Events

Great guesses on the secret project, everyone! Those who guessed paper dolls are on the right track, but paper dolls are only the beginning of the project. (Hee hee. It's so much fun to have a secret!) I think I should have something to show you by the end of July, so you don't have too much longer to wait.

So, book-signing season is starting in earnest for me. I always get nervous about book signings. I wrote a little non-fiction book a year ago, and suffered many painful book signings with it. I had several of the "nobody came, didn't sign a single book in two hours, went home dejected" kind of signings. So when I think of book signings, I get anxious and feel like I did in junior high. (See photo below.) Consider this a shameless request for you to come to a signing. I would love to meet you! Here is what I have happening during the month of July.

Saturday, July 7 -- Bountiful Costco 12-2 pm

Saturday, July 15 -- Ft. Union Deseret Book 10:30-12 pm
                             --Sandy Costco 12:30-2 pm

Friday, July 20 -- Downtown SLC Deseret Book (City Creek/Flagship store) 11:30 - 1 pm

Saturday, July 21 -- Lehi Costco 12 - 1:30 pm
-- University Village Deseret Book (Orem) 2:30 - 4 pm

And now, for a good laugh, here I am at 14:

 I know, I know. You're welcome.

    2. Spanish Fork or Provo. I am so spoiled going on the way into the busy metropolis of Orem is just to much for me:}But really I have a better chance of getting all my reading buddies I have literary forced to read your book(which they loved)to go with me. Provo has an excellent venue for authors at the Library.
